We encourage all own kit players to book on in advance where possible!
We DO NOT accept walk on rentals, anyone wanting a hire package MUST book on in advance.
All participants must sign a waiver before playing. To save time, you can download the waiver to bring in with you. Please make sure to read the waiver thoroughly and provide all the necessary information. After completion, please make sure to bring the signed waiver to the site before playing. If you are under the age of 18, please have your parent or legal guardian sign the Under 18's waiver AS WELL AS the main waiver. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you on the field!
game times
At our Airsoft Site, we offer two game times when the games are on: Saturdays brief at at 12:45pm and Sundays brief at 09:45am.
You must be booked in at least half an hour before the start time with chrono completed. You MUST be booked in and have attended chrono 15 minutes prior to the game brief starting, failure to do so could result in you missing the first game to ensure that the day runs on time.

Upon arriving you MUST fill out a waiver to take with you to the booking in desk which will be available for all players, any player under 18 years old will need a parent or guardian to sign them in and to fill out an Under 18's waiver. There are NO exceptions to completing a waiver and this must be done even if you have played on site before or are a member of NML Airsoft.

If you are not in the safety brief, you cannot play the day and deposits CANNOT be refunded for being late.

UNDER 18's​
Any player under the age of 16 MUST have an adult with them on site at all times. They do not have to get involved in the games, however for health & safety and them being a minor, a parent or guardian MUST be on site in the safe zone whilst ever they are on site.

Any player under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or guardian sign them in when booking in however if over 16 can be left unattended on site and can be dropped off and picked up.

Any player under 18 years old MUST have full face protection, this can be a full face mask or goggles and a lower (not glasses) WITHOUT gaps, there is no exception to this rule! Any under 18 without correct face protection will be refused access into the game are unless rectified.

Any player under 18 years old, as per the LAW, CANNOT use or purchase any pyrotechnics.

Site FPS/Joule LIMITS
- AEG - 370 FPS / 1.3J - No engagement distance
- DMR 450 FPS / 1.88J - 15m engagement distance
- Sniper - 500 FPS / 2.3J - 20m engagement distance
* DMR's MUST be locked to semi!

HPA refills are available on site for £2.00 per fill via our compressor.

BOOKING DEPOSITS
Own kit player booking deposits are non transferable and non refundable. Please ensure that you are 100% sure of your date prior to booking.
Rental/hire packages are non refundable if you do not turn up on the date. These can be rearranged, however you MUST give notice no later than the Wednesday for that weekend. Last minute reschedules are not guaranteed.

CAMping
