Davey is the founder of NML and the driving force behind the NML brand. A British Army and Ukraine veteran, Davey brings a strong background in leadership, teamwork and a genuine passion for the airsoft community.

His vision for NML has always been about more than simply running an airsoft site or retail store. Davey wants NML to be a place for every player — from complete beginners experiencing airsoft for the first time, to experienced players looking for high-quality equipment, technical support and a community they can call home.

With NML Armoury continuing to grow alongside NML Airsoft, Davey remains focused on creating a business built around quality, professionalism, inclusivity and, most importantly, a passion for airsoft.

Tech God is the NML Store Manager and our resident Tech God, playing a huge role in the continued growth and success of NML Armoury.

Since joining the team, Tech God has become a hugely valuable member of NML, taking on core aspects of the business and helping drive the Armoury forward. His knowledge, dedication and technical ability have made him an essential part of the team.

From managing the store and supporting customers to working his magic in the NML Tech Centre, Tech God has helped turn NML Armoury into a business that continues to go from strength to strength.

A big part of NML Armoury’s success comes down to the people behind it and Tech God is undoubtedly one of those key people.

Craig is a British Army veteran and former Captain, bringing years of military experience, leadership and a strong sense of duty to the NML team.

If you think you’ve just heard the voice of God, don’t worry — it’s probably just Craig! Known throughout NML for his unmistakably loud voice and larger-than-life personality, you’ll rarely wonder where he is.

Craig is fiercely proud of his country and has been a loyal friend and key member of the NML family for many years. Davey and Craig first met some years ago, and their friendship has grown into a strong working relationship built on trust, loyalty and a shared passion for NML.

Whether he’s helping on site, supporting the team or making sure everyone within a five-mile radius knows what’s happening, Craig is a character that’s become part of the NML story.

Loud, loyal and always ready to get stuck in — that’s Craig.

Tyler is, quite simply, the by-product of playing far too much Halo growing up and eventually being given “adult” money.

What started as a love for games clearly evolved into a serious obsession with airsoft. Now a valued member of the NML team, Tylor brings plenty of enthusiasm, energy and a willingness to get stuck in wherever he’s needed.

Whether he’s helping players, supporting the team or spending far too much money on things he probably doesn’t need, Tyler is very much part of the NML family.
